! Terms of Service !
☆In order to purchase any type of commission from me, you must read and agree to the following terms:☆
| GENERAL |

| 💙I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, explained or not. |
| 💙No Refunds. Once I have accepted the commission and payment has been received, I will not refund you. Unless I am unable to finish the commission for any reason ( i.e. injury, illness, computer issues, life matters, etc. ) I will do my best to refund you. I do not accept refunds for finished pieces for any reason. |
| 💙Payment: MUST be made through PayPal in USD, any other payments in any other currency must send the equivalent. The client may only receive the piece once they've paid. Please, make your payment within 72 hours from the time I accept the commission(s) or I will consider it canceled and move on to the next request. Do not send eChecks, only send a direct payment sent as "Goods and Services" |
| 💙Commission timeframes: can vary anywhere from a few days, a few weeks, or a month. If you need the commission done by a certain date, tell me beforehand. Please be aware that timeframes are subject to change depending on my job, school, or health. I will be sure to alert you to any delays in my schedule. |
| 💙WIPs: Once I have finished the rough sketch, I will send a WIP ( Work In Progress ) picture to confirm that I have gotten the details correct. Any WIPs will be sent through DM. When certain details are past the point of fixing, I will not redo them or give a refund. |
| 💙Alterations: I will not redo a commission. Do not alter my work. If you need a detail changed ( i.e. a color change or something minor tweaked) tell me and I will do that instead. Any major revisions will require an additional charge. ( These include, but are not limited to: pose, clothing, backgrounds ) |
| 💙Posting: Unless otherwise stated, I will be posting any WIP or finished commissions on any website I use to display my art ( i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, DeviantArt, Facebook, etc. ). If you wish to keep your commission private, let me know before I start working on it. Once the finished piece has been posted, I won't allow any requests to have it taken down. |
| 💙I will not draw NSFW commissions for anyone under the age of 18. Any minor caught requesting such commissions from me will be blacklisted. |
| 💙Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent/signature to purchase a commission. |
| 💙I do NOT allow my art to be turned into NFTs or any form of crypto art. I do not allow my art to be used for AI art programs / websites / apps whatsoever. |
| DRAWING TERMS: |

| I'm open to drawing pretty much anything but some exceptions to that are: |
| 💙Sexual depictions of minors, real or fictional ( under 18 or appears under 18 ) |
| 💙Hate-speech / offensive / discriminatory content |
| 💙Extremem gore ( speak with me about this subject. I am willing to do light / stylized gore instead ) |
| 💙Mecha ( I will do certain armor and robots but Gundams, transformers, or anything similar is a no-go ) |
| 💙Morbidly obese or extremely muscular characters |
| 💙Animals ( I am willing to draw them or things like furries, anthros, centaurs, etc. but please keep in mind that they aren't my forte before requesting ) |
| 💙Certain fetishes ( speak with me about this subject ) |
| 💙Custom character designs / designing OCs. |
| **Look over my portfolio first to see what my style / specialties are before deciding to commission me. Just like anyone else, I have my strengths and weaknesses but I'm open to new ideas so don't be afraid to talk to me about certain requests. |
| **Keep in mind, if you have looked over my portfolio and still decide to commission me something that I am not familiar with and are not satisfied with the finished product, I will not be sending a refund. |
| **If you're uncertain, ask me beforehand and I can either provide you with an example of something I've done in the past or can let you know whether I feel confident fulfilling your request. |
| Agreement: |

| 💙The Client reserves the right to use the art for non-commercial purposes ONLY. |
| Examples of this include, but are not limited to: Posting the piece(s) on social media without monetization. |
| Editing or cropping the piece(s) for decorative purposes (i.e., banners, icons, adding Santa hats/medical masks/flower crowns, etc.) |
| Printing the piece(s) into a physical format for personal display. |
| Having charms, acrylic stands, pins, etc... made of the piece(s) for personal use. |
| 💙Commission(s) may be used and reposted by the Client. Credit must be given. |
| 💙The Client may NOT claim the commission(s) as their own work. |
| 💙The Client may NOT make any alteration to the commission(s) outside of what is outlined above. |
| 💙Commission(s) may NOT be used by anyone other than the Client and / or the person(s) the Client has given express permission to use. |
| 💙Unless otherwise stated between myself and the Client, I reserve the right to post the commission(s) on my personal social media, stream the process, or use it for advertisement purposes. |
| 💙I will NOT use the commission(s) commercially. |
